ObamaCare #8 - TOMORROW'S SUPREME COURT SCHEDULE.

Tomorrow,  the High Court will review the notion of "severability."  Through an oversight of astounding proportions,  the severability clause was left out of the health care law.  Jim DeMint forced the application of a "9 day rule"  (whatever that is)  and prevented this oversight from being written back into the law.

As a result,  there is a serious question as to the viability of the law,  if the individual mandate is rejected by the Court.  Without severability,  the entire law fails if a part of the law is stricken.

The High Court could look to the intent of the authors,  but who looks to the intent of the founders when writing law that redefines the Constitution?

Should be a most interesting day.
