...the IPCC member states have ruled on freedom of information legislation. Specifically, it has been decided that FoI does not apply to IPCC material. This is false. FoI is national legislation. These laws can only be interpreted by the relevant courts. These laws can only be changed by the relevant parliaments. The civil servants that speak on behalf of their countries have no right to usurp FoI legislation, and the IPCC has no say in this matter.

Have any idea what this is about? First, a couple of definitions: IPCC is the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change; "FoI" stands for Freedom of Information Act.

What is happening, in the world of "climate news" is this: there has been so much negative reporting with regard to fraudulent information coming from those who are pushing climate change information, that the proponents of climate change, especially the IPCC, is trying to usurp legal resistance to FoI demands, claiming an exclusion from such demands apart from any legal decisions supporting their claims. In other words, they are acting outside the law while pretending to be in compliance with the law.

This is precisely what Obama and Eric Holder are doing, in their administrations. It is what socio/political elitists do. You might remember Obama joking with the San Fran elitists, back during the '08 campaign, laughing about those who cling to their Bibles and guns. That display of arrogance is the product of an elitist constitution that does not allow for an ability of the "people" to govern themselves.
