After reading this, maybe you will stop thinking that Tim Tebow is simply playing out a "lucky streak."

Since Tebow became the stater,  he is 7 and 1 (and he did not start the game he "lost").  If you take his first full game stats out of the mix,  (2 for 9 in the passing department),  his completion average is over 50% and on a definite trend upward.  Understand that this is his rookie season.

Understand that he is no fluke.  He came to the league from the University of Florida, having won two national championships.  So he drops a knee for the Lord,  so what?  There are dozens guys doing this or pointing to heaven,  each and every weekend.  Get a life and get used to it.  He knows that God is not in the business of picking winners and losers.  That is Obama's job.

Can he and the Bronco's win against New England?  Yes.  Will anyone pick Denver over New England.  What !!  Are you nuts !!??

Think about this:  he is playing out of a plan crafted and planned out by his coaches.  He is not simply running out onto the field and doing his own thing.  In 7.5 games,  he has passed from more
than 1,700 years (there are 16 games in a season),  and has rushed for more than 500 yds.

Project those stats out over a 16 game season and you have Tebow passing for 3,300 yards and rushing for 1,100 yards.  Not bad for a rookie.

Update:  Bill Press comes off with a typical fowl mouthed objection to "Tebowing,"  like Tebow is the only athlete who pays homage after a TD or scoring a goal,  or making a basket at the buzzer  . . . .

From the Blaze:  Liberal radio pundit and former CNN host Bill Press has a message for Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow: “S-T-F-U” about Jesus.
The leftist commentator used this acronym (which stands for “shut the f**k up”) while speaking on his radio show this morning about his dislike for Tebow’s “in-your face” Christian faith.
“…And you know what I want to say, S.T.F.U. I’m tired of hearing Tim Tebow and all this Jesus Talk,” Press said. ”He better be praying hard this week, because he’s up against a real quarterback on Sunday — against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.”
