Just for the record, my headline says it all. Obama is nothing but talk. He will not sign the mandatory military cuts into law, but he will play the game until after the election. If he loses the election, of course, the deal is dead. This is all about Obama's re-election hopes and nothing more. Understand that the military has already taken a $400 billion cut . . . . . . . already. The mandatory cuts would take that total to $1 trillion in military cuts. That simply cannot happen.
