About the attempted lynching of Herman Cain

Here is what we know about the developing "scandal."

It happened 12 years ago and is, apparently, the only questionable moral issue in Herman Cain's background.

It is not a criminal matter.

It does not rise above a "he said, she said."

Did I say it is 12 years old?

No one is saying that Herman Cain committed himself to any immoral activity.

Most sexual harassment settlements are based upon fraudulent claims. Money is paid because a legal defense would cost many time more.

The fact that Politico sat on this story evidences the belief that it is politically motivated.

The Democrats, here at the Review, are simply not allowed to ever bring charges of misconduct against any conservative. Their own track record has been of the poorest of reports. I will not take the time to make a list, but I can tell you that for every charge of misconduct against a conservative, I can come up with 5 against the Dems.

Let's just stay on issue, or, we can talk about Obama's cocaine addiction or Hillary's supposed lesbian affairs, if you prefer.
