There are those who have forgotten the two concepts that drove our Founders to fight for their freedom and it wasn't Marxism or the Rule for Radicals.

This editor is thinking that we need to remind ourselves, from time to time, of our founding principles. In keeping with that consideration, here are words from the preamble of our Declaration of Independence. Note two things: the centrality of God, the Creator God, as the very impetus driving men to seek freedom and, the open ended allowance for free men everywhere to overthrow repressive governments in order to be free:

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Understand that no nation in this world's history began as a socialist or communist state. None. In contrast to what the Founders did with the United States of America, Marx and Mao and Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro, worked in much the same way as cockroaches do . . . . find an existent home, infest that home, and reproduce until you have taken over the home on its way to being destroyed. They can't do it on their own, these little socialist pot heads, so they scurry about, infiltrate our schools, churches and secular life and then pretend they care about our founding principles. Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Chuck Schumer, Barney Frank . . . none of them would have ever come up the idea of "the United States of America." They are political plagiarists, feeding off 230 years of good times and evolving liberties. To hell with them all.
