Editor's notes: It has been a full year since the decision was announced , the idiot decision was announced, that KSM would be tried in New York City. Neither Obama nor Holder counseled with the officials of New York City before making their decision. After a positive first response, the city's midget mayor, Michael Bloomberg, decided that $200 million a year was too much of a cost factor to merit taking the risk of having the trial in the city. Apparently, someone within the Midget Mayor's administration knows how to work with numbers, informed Bloomy of the actual cost factor, not to mention the increased terrorist threat and he backed off his first response. Guess the Mayor will have to express his fairness concerns for the Muslim terrorists in some other way.
On the past November 10, last Wednesday, the media was full of talk about a coming decision. Wednesday morning, it appeared to be hours away. And then . . . . . . . . . nothing; kind of like a year ago. Back then, Obama and Holder made a big deal of their decision and then . . . . . . . . . . . . nothing. Notice a pattern ??
Look, this clown in our White House served the function of president as if he were entitled to the powers of the job apart from the will of the people. As a result, the people paid him a visit last November 2 and rendered him a verdict that made history. He apparently has refused the message -- he, Pelosi and Reid. Just a few days after the election, Obama fled the country on an Asian tour that has proven to be a foreign policy disaster of historical proportions.
And while he is in Asia, Holder comes before the press on Wednesday, and expresses the hope that we will "judge the decision they make based on the merits," and then nothing.
After a year of "we are going to trial" followed by silence; after a week [this week] of "we are going to trial" followed by silence, we are driven to ask, "What in the world is this bunch doing? Do they even know, themselves ?"
