If we are to believe the reporting of the Leftist Media, insiders within the Administration are at a loss as to why Tuesday, November 2nd, happened. In September, Obama was already complaining about the lethargy he saw in the Democrat voting base. You must know that internal polling information was telling Obama that he and his were in deep trouble. Fortunately for the patriot nation, he did not accept that information as accurate.
If the Blue Dog Democrat was the sanity within the party, 30 of the 58 Dogs are gone because of midterm losses/retirement and Democrat sanity has left the building. Obama knows he has to make a right turn or he will not win re-election. How he will pull that off with the most radically Leftist Democrat Party in a lifetime is not yet apparent.
And the luster is off the rose, internationally, as well. His 10 day tour of Asia accomplished absolutely nothing that was positive for the U.S. Apparently he knows little of "pre-trip negotiations," and as a result, was publicly talked down and humiliated . . . . . . . . . .repeatedly.
He wanted Korea to agree to changes in their market demands, changes that would open the door to beef and car imports from America. They said "no." Socialist Media outlets such as ABC calculated lost revenues at 10 billion dollars with an associated job loss of 70,000. American unions are watching his performance. They cannot be happy with what they see. After all, winning an election and transforming America is one; securing jobs for its [union] members is quite another . . . . . . . . . and the latter trumps the former, when all is said and done.
The US has a $227 billion trade deficit with China. Obama was unable to effect any change in that circumstance, either with China or with the G 20 as hopeful allies of the US in this matter. Obama accused China of monetary manipulation. In return for his public indiscretion, several in the G20 accused the US of the same, with its decision of injecting $600 billion dollar bills into the economy.
Before he came home, Obama managed to publically insult the governments of Pakistan and Israel, as well. . . . . . . private negotiations be damned. All in all, those who have supported Obama in the past have given this Asian tour a failing grade.
Again, this is a man who does not understand the political process at home or outside the boundaries of our country and, worse yet, does not accept advice from those who do.
