WSJ article: Public-sector unions have remained a bulwark for Democrats this fall while other left-leaning donors have kept their wallets shut, according to a Wall Street Journal analysis of Federal Election Commission data. The National Education Association, the largest U.S. teachers union, has independently spent more than $3.4 million that must be disclosed, including ad buys and direct-mail campaigns, for the key electioneering period from Sept. 1 to Oct. 14. The NEA spent $444,000 during the same stretch in 2006. . . . . READ THE FULL ARTICLE >>>>
Editor's notes: understand that "public unions" are people who are paid via taxpayer dollars. They work for us, yet they take the monies we give them and spend it to overthrow the system of governance established in this country for more than 200 years. In fact, the union Marxist leadership forces its members to pay dues that may be spent against their wishes. In other words, public unions are little more than a money laundering system designed to give assistance in the destruction of this nation's traditions and Constitutional laws.
Understand that the Dems have collected 660 million dollars for this campaign season compared to the GOP's 440 million -- most of that money (the Dem's) coming from the forced collection of dues and funneled into Democrat coffers. Will this age old strategy work, again ? We are fixin' to find out 18 days from now.
