Of course, this is all little more than an educated guess. We know that. But RealClearPolitics has made it their business to average all of the major polls and publish that result. With that in mind, RCP has the House at 222 for the GOP and 177 for the Dems with 36 seats "up for grabs." Only 217 seats are necessary for a majority in the House.
