Janet Napolitano told reporters Friday that 'The National Guard is not designed to be a substitute for civilian law enforcement. . . . this is a civilian border."
While announcing the Southern border to be a civilian border, she has joined Barack Obama in 21 months of Federal lawlessness with regard to border enforcement. Together, their actions amount to a criminal misuse of power, decisions made over the course of the past 21 months that have allowed murders to be committed AGAINST AMERICANS, kidnappings to occur INVOLVING AMERICANS and violence to be levied AGAINST AMERICANS.
No one cares whether border security has improved when the Administration files suit against the State of Arizona and reports that state to the United Nations. No one cares about so called "improved security" when a president mocks his own constituency and refuses to enforce Federal law. Understand that "improved security" has nothing to do with "enforcing federal law." No one cares about "improved security" when those who are trusted with our security, namely Obama and the Janet woman, believe in open borders and unrestrained amnesty -- in complete disregard of current immigration laws and legalization processes , not to mention, once again, the abdication of Federal law requiring the pursuit and capture of unwanted aliens.
Point of post: to refute the duplicitous rhetoric of an Administration claiming increased arrests and deportations while refusing to receive and deport aliens arrested by state law enforcement.
We remind our readers of this fact: if it is a civilian border, then Arizona has a right to patrol that border.
Once again, an Administration official has stuck their foot so far down their throat that hunger will not be an issue for several weeks into the future.
