58% of Americans disapprove of Obama - A record rating for The Novice.

The bottom is falling out of Obama's approval rating - across the board.

Using Rasmussen, as we always do, we have this record setting separation between those who strongly support the Novice and those who strongly oppose. The significance of this chart is this: those who oppose Obama's Administration are running away with the debate. "They" are discouraged; "we" are determined.

More than this, we have the lowest approval number for Obama on Rasmussen since the Novice took office -- this morning the new numbers are 41% opposed (once again, a record) AND, a new high for his disapproval rating - 58%.

Obama began his campaign season with the Oval Office Iraq Speech and has been "on the stump" since that speech. This poll maybe a reflection of the nation's response. Understand that Obama told his Democrat House members that they would be successful in their campaigns "because you have me." It is without debt that he has the ability to look and sound "presidential." To date, that is just about it for that comparison.

In 53 days, we will know of his abilities as a campaigner. The novelty is gone. The promises cannot be believed. The "urgency" will be seen as just another lie. And his effort to return to the failed policies of 2009 will not receive popular approval.

What to do. What to do. We have no answers for an empty suited politician.

  1. Is it just me? I am afraid to get excited about this news, He seems so good as a speaker. My wife does not think he is as good a communicator as Clinton but I really do not know. This poll is good news, however. Thanks MJ
