Obama blasts disinformation: Midknight Review gives 14 reasons he is wrong plus a picture of Obama at a Muslim prayer assembly.

Obama blasts lies, disinformation — President Barack Obama dismissed a recent poll showing that a third of Americans don't know he's a Christian - and blamed an online campaign of misinformation by his conservative enemies for perpetuating the myth that he's a Muslim. . . . .

Editor's notes: if we are allowed to separate one's actions from one's claims, we might believe anything about a particular person. All are "hypocrites" when measured against their sense of idealism. We are not talking about that comparison. Rather, in the case of Obama, we are talking about actions that either support or, at least, allow for his faith, or show him to be untrue to his claims.

Here is a reprint of an article published by Midknight Review that seems quite timely :

Here is a picture of Obama, last fall, getting ready to pray to the Muslim god. This adolescent president has no clue with regard to matters of [Christian] faith or the hateful agenda of the Muslim religion.

Editor's notes: did you know that Obama's first official interview with a news source, after becoming president, was with the Muslim news service, Al Jazeera ? Yes, that is a fact. And the practice continues. We have this July 4 story revealing Obama's intention to use NASA, of all things, as an emissary agency of good will toward the Muslim population !!

NASA Administrator Charles Bolden said in a recent interview that his "foremost" mission as the head of America's space exploration agency is to improve relations with the Muslim world.

Though international diplomacy would seem well outside NASA's orbit, Bolden said in an interview with Al Jazeera that strengthening those ties was among the top tasks President Obama assigned him. He said better interaction with the Muslim world would ultimately advance space travel.

"When I became the NASA administrator -- or before I became the NASA administrator -- he charged me with three things. One was he wanted me to help re-inspire children to want to get into science and math, he wanted me to expand our international relationships, and third, and perhaps foremost, he wanted me to find a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science ... and math and engineering," Bolden said in the interview. We should remember that Obama has offered two funding allocations to Hamas totaling 1.3 billion dollars, has signed on to an U.N. resolution asking Israel to give up its nuclear arsenal, has labeled Israel as the "occupier" in his speech "to the Muslim world," last year at the University of Cairo, has challenged the notion that America is a Christian nation, while, at the same time, arguing that the United States is one of the largest Muslim nations in the world. He once ordered the name "Jesus" covered over before giving a speech at the University of Georgetown, refused to attend the National Day of Prayer, and attended a Muslim prayer service last fall when 10,000 Muslims gathered at the Capitol.

Is he a Muslim? Well, he attended a nominal Christian service for 20 years, a service pastored by Jeremiah Wright who is a confused Black theologian having Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the [Black] Nation of Islam, as one of his close friends. Obama attended the so-called "million man march" which was a gathering of black Muslims in DC several years ago. And he was agreeable with a decision by Jeremiah Wright to honor Farrakhan during a church service at Trinity United Church of Christ.

Midknight Review does not believe that he is a Muslim, in the proper sense of the word. But, he is certainly attached to the Muslim faith and sees Islam as a faithful expression of God's grace. He wouldn't pray to the Muslim god if this were not true, would he. ---- jds

Finally, we give you these events lending themselves to questions as to Obama's faith. In most of the items on our list, Obama is the first president to have committed to the specific act:

Note: many of the following will be a summary of what has been written above.

1. His Cairo speech in which he framed Israel as the occupier of Palestinian lands.
Understand that in the most recent Gallup poll (week of August 23rd, '10), approval ratings in the Muslim population in the US is 78% percent.
2. The fact that he did not object to the Lockerbie release but knew about the problem in advance
3. His requirement that NASA aggressively pursue a pro- "feel good" agenda.
4. His refusal to release information (emails and more) about the Fort Hood murderer, a Muslim.
5. His first news contact, after his inauguration, was with the Muslim news service, Al Jazerra - even before going to the American Press.
6. He has moved for 900 million and 400 million dollars in aid to the Muslim Hamas in Gaza
7. His Administration is sending aid for Muslim mosque construction world wide - 6 million dollars, to date.
8. He attended the Nation of Islam million man march.
9. He attended without protest the honoring of Louis Farrakhanby Jeremiah Wright.
10. Under Muslim law, Obama's Muslim father's background makes him [Obama] a Muslim, also. He needs to renounce that notion - an established Muslim rule.
11. He has refused to put KSM on trial after making a big deal of the trial last year. Many believe that a "civilian trial" is tantamount to a "not guilty" verdict because of problems relating to KSM's battlefield arrest.
11a. His Justice Department has not filed charges on the mastermind of the bombing of the USS Cole, against KSM, mastermind of 9/11
12. And as our finale, we have Obama demanding the saps at Georgetown University cover up the Latin symbols for "Jesus" (IHS) before he gave a commencement address last year. No self-respecting Christian would ever demand the covering of "Jesus." None. Such action is heretical to its core. Only an enemy of the cross would do such a thing, period.

P.S. We almost forgot to mention the last Easter White House egg roll when Obama refused to mention anything about Christianity or use the name "Jesus" . . . . . . . . . . . . at an "Easter" celebration nor were tickets made available to area students of private and parochial schools. Also, there is the matter of celebrating Christmas with a Mao decoration hung on the White House Christmas tree - something no self-respecting Christian would do. He is the first and only president to say, "America is not a Christian nation."
And folks wonder why people not longer know who this man is !!! If we do not know who he is, we certainly know who he is not. --- jds.
