JUDGE: Having considered the trial evidence and the arguments of counsel, the court pursuant to FRCP 52(a) finds that Proposition 8 is unconstitutional and that its enforcement must be enjoined.

Editor's notes: understand that as of 2 pm today, California time, gays and queers (as in Queen Nation) will be able to marry. The California Supreme Court previously found this very law "constitutional" but the Feds disagree. Further, understand that this whole debate has more to do with limiting free speech than two men being allowed to fondle each other "officially." The effects of this decision, if allowed to stand - a decision made by a gay judge who, apparently, did not see a conflict of interest here -- will be to allow all manner of sexual filth to be taught to our young people in school and to make it a crime for me to say what I just said.
