Obama's Debt Commission Co-Chairs take charge of their commisson and speak out 5 months before Obama intended them to.

Editor's notes: understand that any sort of review summary concerning the conclusions being drawn up by Obama's "Debt Commission" were to be made in December, weeks FOLLOWING the approaching mid-term elections.

That Obama scheduled the Debt Commission's conclusions for AFTER the midterms makes it obvious as to his agenda. He spent himself and this country into a hole. He told us that no one making less than $250,000 would see any tax increases, "Not one dime." He allowed Pelosi and Reid to spend money for this cause, then that cause, for this union payback and for that Federal banking bail-out and now, he no longer has enough increased income to pay for the critical debt he has set in motion or to make meaningful financial allocations to the current jobs crisis. He has no clue as to the existence of "structural debt" and has spent as if there are no other debt forces in the mix. Hiding behind the Commission's recommendations was going to be his "out" as to the promise not to raise taxes.

Midknight Review believes that this issue is so serious that Obama's hand picked commission has decided to speak up now, nearly 5 months ahead of schedule. The bad news cannot wait. Without their input NOW, heaven only knows what the Obama Marxist dream machine will think of next. The spending has to stop and the co-chairs of Obama's Debt Commission have decided to speak out now, contrary to Obama's initial plan.
There will be no hiding behind the Commission's future revelations. The word is out now, just in time to add to the negatives building against the Dems. Understand that this is not a political decision, on the part of the Commissions co-chairmen. It is purely practical. The need for us to know is NOW, not after the midterms.

From the Dallas Morning News . . . . former Clinton White House chief of staff Erskine Bowles couldn't have been more straightforward about the debt's threat to our economy Sunday when he briefed a meeting of governors. The accumulation of our annual deficits, he said, is "like a cancer" that is "truly going to destroy our country from within."

Bowles' words matter because he co-chairs the commission that President Barack Obama largely appointed to propose ways to control the debt. That commission, which includes Rep. Jeb Hensarling , R-Dallas, is supposed to present debt-curbing ideas for Congress to vote on once the panel finishes work this fall. READ THE FULL ARTICLE >>>

In addition to Erskine Bowles, Alan Simpson (retired R-Wm), the co-chair of Obama's Debt Commission along with Bowles, also spoke of the critical circumstance facing the nation.

Again, remember that this review was not to come to light until after the midterms. We see the timing of this criticism as a subtle appearing but in-your-face critique of the adolescents in our Congressional leadership beginning with Mr. Obama.
