Understand that the Dems want this debate to be about anything but shutting down the border. People are telling Obama to the tune of 70% of all of America, "fix the border and then fix immigration."

Midknight Review wants the border shut down before there is any talk of immigration reform or of sending the 11 million illegals back to Mexico. That's right, even before we talk of rounding up these folks and deporting them (will that really work?), we need to close the border. People forget that Obama promised to pass immigration reform in the first year of his presidency. He promised. Before the Stimulus and that ridiculous healthcare reform act, he could have passed immigration. For the first 10 months or so, he had the political power to pass his version of immigration reform but wasted his "political capital" on bailouts, paybacks and a poorly thoughtout health care bill. Now, he couldn't pass gas if it promised to win him re-election.

The fact of the matter is this: the Dems and especially Obama have no plan for immigration. . . . . just talk for the sake of the upcoming elections. Don't believe us? Check out the Dems comments on the subject and tell us exactly that their immigration plan is. . . . . not the elements of concern but the plan for achieving their goals and the order of events. We couldn't find the plan . . . . . maybe its under the pickle. -- jds

The Stated Nonsense from the Left now includes these Progressive goals:
