To the left, we have a list of Oil Companies, the number of rigs are in their fleet and the number of rigs under US contract. . . . . . and most of them could be gone six months from now. Understand that Obama's moratorium has violated the contracts each had with this country. They are free to leave unless the moratorium is reversed.
