Editor's notes: The far right two columns, those are the most critical. What we have, here, are approval/disapproval averages for the particular month. The long and short of it is this: his approval numbers are on a very steady decline; his disapproval numbers are on a very steady incline. Since that much touted speech? Nothing good for the blow-meister. No bounce at all. None, Nothing. Nada. Zip and zero. In fact, yesterday, he was at a record low (41% approval and 58% disapproval among those most likely to actually vote.)
