ObamaCare #7: Elena Kagan tipped her hand.

With some of my comments in mind from "#7,"  it is probable that Elena Kagan tipped her hand on this [ObamaCare] issue when she made the point that people who do not own insurance drive the cost of insurance up because they are not helping to counter the rising price of insurance measured in "monthly premiums."  With such in mind,  Kagan thought the Commerce Clause was in play,  because the actions of a few effected the financial health of many.
