With some of my comments in mind from "#7," it is probable that Elena Kagan tipped her hand on this [ObamaCare] issue when she made the point that people who do not own insurance drive the cost of insurance up because they are not helping to counter the rising price of insurance measured in "monthly premiums." With such in mind, Kagan thought the Commerce Clause was in play, because the actions of a few effected the financial health of many.

Let's return the favor, shall we?

CLINTON: You cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about. That’s why I believe if we are fortunate enough to win back the House and/or the senate, that’s when civility can start again. But until then, the only thing that the Republicans seem to recognize and respect is strength.
