Trump's abolition of the Obama regulatory crap is about to pay major dividends.

Middle-class income hit highest level on record in 2016, Census Bureau reports

Editor's notes:  Look,  the economy and our workforce has been ready to "blow the top off"  for several years  . . . .   all under Obama.  His problem?  He could not see the causitive connection between a miserable GDP history and the avalanche of punitive regulations coupled with an ever increasing tax rate.

Trump gets it,  and the national economy is rocking along at 3% for the first time since the Obama Error.  American business is more than aware that Trump is going after the "Progressives's" destructive regulatory regime with a vengeance.

Hail to the Chief !!!

Every day,  in every way, we are seeing the comprehensive ineptness of Barack "I wannabee a Muslim" Obama.  Good riddance.

The economy under Trump has taken a definite upturn.

Trump has re-assigned 2.4 billion dollars from other federal agencies for construction of the wall, and now this bit of good news. .

Calexico, CA -
The Department of Homeland Security has issued a waiver to waive certain laws, regulations and other legal requirements to ensure the expeditious construction of barriers in the vicinity of the international border near Calexico, California. The waiver was published in the Federal Register today.

This waiver is pursuant to authority granted to the Secretary of Homeland Security by Congress and covers a variety of environmental, natural resource, and land management laws.

The Department has exercised the waiver authority in Section 102 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA), as amended, on five previous occasions from 2005 to 2008, as well as exercising this waiver authority earlier this year for a project in the San Diego area, which was announced in August.

This current waiver covers certain border infrastructure projects in the United States Border Patrol's El Centro Sector, a critical sector for border security. In fiscal year 2016 alone, the United States Border Patrol apprehended more than 19,400 undocumented immigrants and seized approximately 2,899 pounds of marijuana and approximately 126 pounds of cocaine in the El Centro Sector.

It was never in doubt: The President - any president - has the right to limit or expand refugee/immigration numbers

US Supreme Court issues temporary order upholding Trump refugee ban

Decision comes in response to Justice Department request to block lower court ruling allowing some 24,000 refugees to enter US

Kind of tough when you are a never-Trumper,  but the Prez was correct all along.  He had the right to issue this "ban."  It violated no American principles.  It was opposed ONLY because of hatred for the President.

Fox News is planning major changes to its evening programming.

. . . .    Sean Hannity’s show will be moved one hour earlier to 9 PM and “The Five” will be moved back from 9 PM to its original time slot at 5 PM. The changes come after Eric Bolling was released from the network following sexual harassment allegations and his show, “The Specialists,” was cancelled.

Hillary opens up about what happened. In other words . . . . .

Jennifer Senior / New York Times: Hillary Clinton Opens Up About ‘What Happened,’ With Candor, Defiance and Dark Humor

Editor's notes:  Look,  there is no way around this:  The phrase,   Hillary opens up about what happened,"  is code for the succinct version:  i.e. "Hillary talks bullshit about why she lost."  And,  she walks off into the chunky-style barnyard that is her irreversible future,   for one thousand and seven hundred stinking pages.  War and Peace is only 1220 pages long.  Hell, most phone books are smaller and more interesting to read.

Sending her to prison pales as punishment for all her crap for the course of years and years.  Going to prison  pales  next to losing the 2106 election.

What we are learning about Hillary and that election,   is the degree of loss that the defeat caused,  and, is causing her to this day.  Every been around someone recently divorced?  Its all they can talk about,  right?

Well,  that's Hillary.  She can't let it go because the emotional injury is so profoundly clinical.  In fact,  she was so confident of victory that she bought a second house next to her residence in Chappaqua, New York, to accommodate White House staff during presidential retreats.

She spent all those years being Bubba's public defender and for what?  NOTHING.

Hail to the Chief !!

Trump just came up with 2.4 billion for the wall . . . . . in addition to . . . .

Washington Examiner:    The Department of Homeland Security has selected six companies that it will award up to $2.4 billion to build four concrete and four alternative wall prototypes at the U.S.-Mexico border, according to new data from the federal government.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced this latest step on Thursday to carrying out President Trump’s campaign promise to secure the southern border, which will start with companies building prototypes.
The companies were selected from hundreds that submitted proposals earlier this year on how to create border barriers  . . . . . .   The project is being funded with “reprogrammed money” taken from within CBP, and is not part of the $1.6 billion border wall funding the House of Representatives approved in June, DHS confirmed Friday to the Washington Examiner. The $1.6 billion in border wall funding has yet to pass in the Senate, and may not make it out of Congress for months, if it does at all.

Looks like Hillary's lawyers may be in trouble for assisting in Hillary's destruction of 33,000 emails belonging to the State Department.

Maryland Circuit Judge Paul Harris refused to halt a state bar investigation of three attorneys alleged to have assisted former-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in the deletion of thousands of emails in the scandal that rocked last year’s presidential race.

Judge Harris, of suburban Anne Arundel County, did not accept the Maryland Attorney Grievance Commission’s determination that the complaint against the lawyers was “frivolous” and ordered an investigation to move forward. The Washington Times reported that Harris called the allegations contained in a complaint by former Department of Justice Attorney Ty Clevenger last September “egregious” and that the complaint “appears to have merit.”
Clevenger himself was accused of unethical professional behavior in his pursuit of an investigation into Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. By his own account, his complaint against Clinton’s lawyers was based on “public reports,” seemingly affirming the grievance commission’s claim that Clevenger has “no personal knowledge of the allegations.”
“There are allegations of destroying evidence,” Judge Harris announced at a Monday hearing, noting that the source of the complaint was not a reason to dismiss it. “I just think this is a rather easy decision at this point … The court is ordering bar counsel to investigate.”
