The day before the 2016 elections, President Trump's Real Clear Polling Average was 37% and, with htat, he won the popular vote nationally except for one state (California). Today, the RCPA stands at 45%.

Secondly, a failed Sanders primary bid will make it impossible for the Dems to win in November (can't win without the Millennial vote).
