Last December The National Defense Authorization Act (the NDA) was revised and past by the Democrat congress 377 to 48. In re-writing the NDA, the Dems omitted two key amendments. One was the removal of the requirement to get congressional approval for any funding for a war with Iran and the second was the removal of the requirement demanding congressional approval for the killing of terrorists in connection with events related to 9/11 . . . . and the war with Iran meets that description in view of the fact that Iran participated with Saddam in counter-attacks during our war with Radical Islam back in the GW Bush days of war.
