The Supreme Court gave Trump his 2.5 billion taken from Pentagon funding. This is in addition to the 56 miles of 30 foot fencing already built and the 48 miles of replacement fence. So, do not believe that Trump is not hell-bent on keeping his promise for the wall. But what about Mexico paying for the Wall you might ask ?

You should know that Trump has convinced Mexico to place 26,000 troops at its Northern and Southern borders, cutting border arrests by nearly 50%. When one combines the monthly costs for these troops and the millions of dollars (again monthly) in cost reduction for Border Reinforcement, one can argue that Mexico is, indeed paying for the wall.
