Trump diverts FEMA funds ($271) to the border issue:
       116 miilion for single adult beds
       155 million for temp immigrant leagalhearings
And "they" had a fit.

Note: After the Trump diversion, there remains more than 4 million left in the FEMA FUND which will be replenished in the new fiscal year beginning October 1 of 2019, a little more than four weeks from now.

Never mind that Barack did almost exactly the same thing in 2014 in the middle of the hurricane season for that year.
   267 million taken from FEMA for border issues
   31.5 million taken from Coaast Guard maintenance projects.

As you consider the Obama diversion of funds in 2014, you should know that today's legal immigrant problem is 5x larger than that which was faced by Barack in 2014.
