Secondly, her comments go to prove the fact that Barack Obama was our nation's first and only Imperial President, choosing to side-step Congress and the legislative process to reform, trading the constitutionality of his office for a cheap legacy that will not stand against the passage of time.
Update: Bush fought a war that most Americans originally supported . . . . and, with the expressed approval of Congress and the United Nations, btw, hardly the work of an independent minded, imperial president. Turns out that sense Hillary supported Barack's presidency with its aversion to the legislative process, one wonders if she truly believed her own [video] words. I mean, it is clear to me, that had she won the 2016 election, she would have governed along the same line as Barack . . . . and the socialist/global takeover of America would have been complete; U.N. treatises would have overwhelmed our Constitution, our membership with the European Union would have cemented our membership in the Global Community and its own brand of governance, and absolution of our borders would have destroyed our national sovereignty.
