Editor's notes: Within reason, Justice Kavanaugh is absolutely correct.

Can't shout "fire" in a crowded theater; shouldn't sell a bazooka to a private citizen. But using the Constitution to ban conservative speech is much the same as using the Constitution to ban AR-15s.
