Breaking News: Judge Kennedy coordinated his retirement with President Trump (as if that was a bad thing). Wa/Post awards four . . . . . .

Understand that Justice Kennedy did what Justice Ginsburg refused to do  . . . .  wait for a president of his choosing before retiring.    Democrats privately are furious with Ginsburg for not resigning when Obama was her president.   Actually,  no one on the Right understands the woman's decision, either,  but good for her.  Our side has a shot at naming her replacement.

The Washington Post, The New York Times and the Wall Street Journal are all calling out reporters for The Center for American Progress (a Marxist leaning organization) and Democrat Senate primary candidate for pushing the rumor charging Justice Kennedy with collusion with Trump and Kavanaugh in his (Kennedy's) decision to step down at the end of July

After Trump nominated Kavanaugh to replace Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, Democrats and the media immediately started  . . . .
digging for dirt.
Neera Tanden, president of the Center for American Progress, and Richard Painter, a Democratic Senate primary candidate in Minnesota, both claimed that Kennedy coordinated his retirement with President Trump. The pair, bolstered by reporting by the NYT, suggested a conspiracy involving Kennedy’s son, Trump, and a billion dollar loan.
The Washington Post handed out four pinocchios on Thursday — the maximum amount — for the “thinly sourced” claims.
