It was a 5-4 decision and denied the novel/silly Liberal argument that a president's campaign rhetoric should be considered in High Court decision. Nonsense ! the libs would have never used that argument had Hillary been president. In fact, campaign rhetoric has never been a qualifier for the Supremes when stacked against the "absolute power" of the President. And this was such a case, one that involved the absolute authority of a sitting President. The High Court reaffirmed the authority of a sitting president to make policy dealing with those coming into this country.
Update: In fact, Barack "I wannabe a Muslim" Obama used this same "presidential authority" principle during his administration. Bam ! End of discussion.
Update # 2: Trumps "travel ban" included Libya, Syria, Iran, Yemen, and, Somalia (all Muslim nations) AND, two non Muslim countries, Venezuela and North Korea. There are 46 Muslim nations NOT named in the ban, and, no mention whatever so ever of religion. So, of course it passed through the High Court. Activist judges on the Court is the only reason the decision was not 9-0.
