Editor: And most of that time was spent working, i.e., 3/4 diplomatic meetings per day, strategic conferences with agency heads and party leadership, calls to heads of state, planning sessions reviewing N Korea and the Iranian nuclear threat, Russian and Chinese military and trade threats, the war versus ISIS and its territorial demise three years ahead of Obama's do-nothing schedule, planning the 2018 legislative agenda, dealing with Obama's European/U.S. transformation and on and on . Barack's first year was spent giving 726 speeches, fund raising efforts, and personal appearance . . . . . one month in the office, "working."

The Stated Nonsense from the Left now includes these Progressive goals:

July 2, 2008, Obama had this to say: "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."
