The rules for a Trump/Mueller interview should follow the same pattern as that used with Hillary.

Jesse Byrnes / The Hill:
Trump: 'I don't know' if I'll interview with Mueller for Russia probe

And he shouldn't interview or in anyway give this investigation any sense of relevancy.  Will his refusal to be interviewed  (and he has not made that decision) hurt him politically? Not if Mueller cannot make his case without the interview.  I mean,  if Comey made his decision about Hillary,  before she was interviewed,  certainly Mueller can.

Never forget,  that Hillary was not placed under oath,  was not sworn to tell the truth,  was not recorded in any way.  In fact,  Comey wasn't even in the room,  he did not attend the interview.

So,  "no," the President should disregard.  If not,  he certainly should demand that he not be sworn in, that Mueller not be in the room,   demand that no recordings be made and interview behind closed doors   . . . . .   all exactly as was the case with Hillary.

  1. WTF you talking about? Hillary was grilled under oath for hours, on TV.

If he is summoned to testify before a grand jury, he will do it without a lawyer and under oath. I can't wait.

The reason you would not want this is because you are an accessory to his criminality, you know he is guilty and hiding something.

  2. What a moron. I am talking about the Comey FBI investigation, the only investigation that could put her in jail. Testifying to congress is a waste of time, because Congress cannot press charges for lying.

Comey refused to put Hillary under oath, banned recording devises in the interview and barred all note-taking. In fact, he wasn't even in the freaking room.
