For what it is worth, here is what I watch as of this week. Things have gotten so bad, so biased, so dishonest in the media, that is simply cannot watch most network news, on Fox on elsewhere.
So what do I do. Is there nowhere to go, no source of information to which I can turn? And the answer is, "Yes there is."
I assume that many of my readership is facing the same issue. Here is my personal solution. Maybe it will work for you.
First, get your news online, reading instead of watching. In so doing, you avoid the emotion hook that leaves you so discouraged.
Secondly, in terms of televised programing, sports is a good expense of time, or cooking shows or home improvement.
As far as political news:
Outnumbered can be informative and less stressful than other morning shows on Fox. Add to this, The Story (Martha McCallum) and Tucker Carlson and anything Melissa Francis is on.
Morning shows on Fox Business include Lou Dobbs, Marie Bartiroma, and especially, Stuart Varney. At least, none of these are "anti-Trump."
Nothing wrong with Judge Jeanine, or Jesse Waters, or Greg Gutfeld
or Harris Falkner, or Fox and Friends (Fox's morning show). Media Buzz (Howard Kurtz) is not a "never Trump" program. Never forget Hannity, but he is such a bulldog that I often avoid him. Include David Asman (Fox Business), Degan McDowell,
I could go on. Just know, there is plenty of dependable, patriotic programing, much more than you really have time to watch.
Also, there is One America News. It is boring as hell, but you want to get the news of the day without throwing up, take 30 minutes a day to watch this network.
There are plenty of alt-right and white supremacist site where you can go to find like minded commentary. However, this far right media is fringe and yes, outnumbered.

There are more infata related groups on the Internet and in our communities. BLM supporters have killed 10 cops I know of in the past 18 months. Add to this criminal mix the New Black Panthers, the Nation of Islam, Occupy, and you have a problem.

One woman versus 10 or more cops. Both examples are detestible, but my point is this: there is blame to go around, and there that was the case in Charolttesville.
