Try to contain yourselves my Conservative friends when you hear that Justice Kennedy may be considering retirement by the end of this summer. He is 80 years old, and represents the moderate vote on the High Court.

His replacement will be critical to the future of this court, and, Donald J Trump is President of the Untied States of America. Kind of cool, no ?

No wonder they are working overtime to get him removed from office. But, do they think Mike Pence will be a philosophical improvement?

President Trump intends to submit from the list he created at the beginning of his presidency. Hopefully the McCain types will not insist on "fairness" with this next appointment. I can see the clowns on our side of the aisle refusing to support a "killer" appointee. Time will tell.
