O'Reilly out ??? Official Answer: Yes, Fox announces "He is gone."
According to Matt Drudge (nearly as insufferable as Bill O'Reilly), tweets the end of the O'Reilly era. Why is this important? Because it was Drudge who tweeted the end of Roger Ailes dynasty at FoxNews, and he (Drudge) was proven correct in that prediction.

Understand that Fox has paid off 5 different harassment complaints versus Bill O'Reilly, to the tune of at least 13 million dollars. Its not that he got any of his "victims" in bed. Rather, it is more the case that he was arrogant and demeaning. Some of the complaints I have seen, were fairly innocuous in nature. For example, a black staffer at Fox was described as a nice looking chocolate women (words to that affect) by O'Reilly. Megyn Kelly was offended that O'Reilly did not rise to her defense during the dust-up with candidate Trump and resented O'Reilly's constant reminding that she was a "big deal" at Fox because of him.
In common terminology, some of the women going after O'Reilly "need to grow a pair." Take Kimberly Guilfoyle, for [another] example: There is no more attractive, intelligent, woman at Fox News. There is no doubt that she has seen her share of "inappropriate behavior," from O'Reilly and others, but she deals with it.
I am not defending O'Reilly. He is as arrogant a sluth as draws a breath, but he is not guilty of the same degree of harassment as is/was Roger Ailes. Time from O'Reilly to go? I think so.
He is billed as a "cash cow" for Fox News, but that distinction is over played. While he averages 3.7 million viewers, his time slot (5 pm pt) is worth 2.4 to 2.7 million viewers. In other words, take him out of the schedule, and, Fox would lose no more than a million viewers, total, leaving the network [still] in command of the cable news wars, and his time slot still #1.
