Why the 9th Circuit decision will not stand the test of time:

The actual law governing Trump's order (below)  . . . .  a law never referred to by the 9th circuit as it used Trump's campaign statements to establish motive with which this court disagreed.  Understand that there is no precedent for the later,  and no reason for ignoring the law in the first place.  This is exactly why the 9th Circuit has been reversed 70 to 80 percent of the time.

Here is the law the 9th Circuit chose to ignore:
(f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.

No wonder this law was ignored.  There is, in fact, no wiggle  room in the legal statement,  so what does the opposition do?  Well, they have no choice but to ignore the law  . . . .   and that is exactly what they did.
