Barak's refusal to pardon Hillary on his way out the door, may have just become an issue.

The Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee is seeking criminal charges against a former State Department employee and the man who was primarily involved in setting up Hillary's private server for its subsequent use in her illegal use of that server.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Thursday asking him to convene a grand jury or charge Bryan Pagliano, the computer tech responsible for the installation and functioning of Hillary's private server, while she was Secretary of State.    If AG, Jeff Sessions,  agrees,  this may be the beginning of the end for Hillary.  As a point of interest,  Barack Obama not only left office on January 20th,  he left Hillary hanging,  refusing to pardon her against any and all future legal issues.

Funny how the worm turns,  no?
