Liberal churches are dying. But conservative churches are thriving.

While the survey was taken in Canada, American churches are facing the very same reality. The problem with liberals is quite simply stated: They do not believe with conviction, much of anything.

Typical to Libs is their anti-war stance until they decide to burn a city to the ground, or support a president who has 11,000 soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan or whose president just put troops on the Russian/Lithuania border.

They propagate "global warming fears" until their Hollywood stars decide to fly across country in their own fuel burning jets, then everything is AOK.

They claim to be "all inclusive and folks believe that line of crap until we discover emails that plot against those who disagree with the established point (i.e. the DNC plotting against Burney Sanders while pretending to be his friend).

I could go on, but you get the point. And the point is this: Libs do not believe much of anything with conviction.

It is no surprise, then, to read of the decline of their churches, "all inclusive" as they may be.

I am 71. What comes as a surprise to me, after all those years of liberal/Marxist/European liberal gains, is the realization that I may be watching the implosion of the Democrat-turned-rogue political party.

I am hoping that Trump teaches the GOP how to fight and win in the 21st Century. If he fizzles and dies, politically speaking, oh well. The GOP would have done just as poorly. If he wins the day, as an effective president, ignoring all the noise made by a losing media and its political allies, there should be no doubt that the GOP will have been given a template for future victory. I am not talking about victory formula. Rather, I am talking about a general strategy that emphasizes authentic candidacies and a sense of honesty that is predicable in terms of promises kept. We do not have that, today.

The good news, in this, is the fact that, to date, Trump is a winner and nearly everyone loves a winner. Let's learn our lesson(s) and get on with the recovery of original intent and foundational American values.
