The Michigan recount has been ordered to a halt.

U.S. District Judge Mark Goldsmith, who  ordered the Michigan recount to begin Monday, sided with a state appeals court Wednesday to halt the effort,

On Tuesday, a Michigan appeals court ruled 3-0 that Green Party candidate Jill Stein should not have been allowed to demand a recount because she is not an "aggrieved candidate." Goldsmith, after hearing arguments from the state Republican Party and GOP attorney general, agreed.  Understand that Stein, in essence, has "no standing" in this case because her loss to Trump is not in doubt,  in view of the fact that she scored less than 2% of the state's vote.

"Because there is no basis for this court to ignore the Michigan court's ruling and make an independent judgment regarding what the Michigan Legislature intended by the term 'aggrieved,' plaintiffs have not shown an entitlement to a recount," Goldsmith said.  Case closed.

Now,  all that is left for the NeverTrump crowd is to convince electors in the Electoral College to refuse to vote for Trump.  Should that effort be successful,  the election would be decided in the House of Representatives.  If Stein,  the Clintons and the NeverTrump folks think that stealing the election from Trump would be met with nothing but peaceful protests,  their heads are not screwed on right.

At any rate,  this is only a bad dream for the Dems.  Their efforts at refusing to accept Trump are failing and will be final in due time.

    1. Absolute nonsense. Think about what you are saying, that your side of the aisle is so inept that it cannot overcome negative campaign "propaganda." When all of Hillary's inner circle took the 5th, during the FBI investigation into her emails, well, you know that is not going to help her cause. When she branded Trumps followers as undesirables, and et. al. , she only invigorated her opposition. Kind of stupid to do that. Keep making excuses and you you commies won't win another election.
