Hillary Clinton 44.1%
Donald Trump 44.2%
Based on 2,870 respondents
As of Oct. 15, 2016
Editor: As you can see, Trump has the slightest of leads. On the 8th of October, a week ago Friday, Donald held a 3 point lead. Then the revelations about his supposed misconduct hit the news, within an hour of the Wikileaks Clinton email dump (coincident?). By the 12th, he was in a dead heat with Bill Clinton's wife. The good news, so far, is this: subsequent "revelations" have not cause Trump further damage in the polls. He has remained in a tie for the 12th, 13th, 14th, and today, the 15th. Its been non-stop bad news from the organized and partisan media with no effect.
Friends of mine are wondering whether the media is crying "wolf" far too often. Are we looking at the beginning of a backlash to the media? Who knows. But we do know, this continual barrage has had no effect for going on 5 days, now.

This is a dynamic poll, changing from day to day. The folks being surveyed are from the same group of constituents. As a result, we are looking at the effect the campaign is having on the same people, from day to day. Also, understand that this poll picked Barack as the 2012 winner and was one of three or four polls that got the margin of victory correct. The president of Real Clear Politics recommended the poll, this past week, and, complimented its unusual format as "very credible."

Really? They cry every time a man speaks harshly to them or looks like the might be, maybe possibly, stalking her. And they can't fight a war without men.
