News Flash: Hillary wants you to believe that the State Department had captured all her emails and was responsible for handling FOIA requests . . . . to the exclusion of her responsiblity as Secretary of State.

9.  During your tenure as Secretary of State, did you understand that email you sent or received in the course of conducting official State Department business was subject
to FOIA? Response: Secretary Clinton understood that e-mail she sent or received in the course of conducting official State Department business was subject to FOIA. She further understood that, because her practice was to e-mail State Department staff on their state.gov accounts, her e-mail was being captured in the State Department’s recordkeeping systems.

Editor:  What this woman proposes, here,  is the fantasy that the State Department was responsible for all privately stored emails with regard to FOIA requests.  Understand that ALL her emails,  whether private or having to do with State affairs,  were and are the property of the State Department.  She pretends that State captured all her emails,  when, in fact,  State did not have here deleted emails.  The fact that she deleted close to 50,000  (the "33,000" is no longer an accurate number per the FBI) emails is a clear denial of her "factual statement" that the State Department was in charge of her email account.

More lies from Hillary and, to think,  she has the morally bankrupt sense to criticize Trump as to character.
