You would think the Smarter Than Thou ruling class would know that this is not a solution. One of my sons-in-law owns a dairy in the Central Valley of California; 4,000 milkers. Milk is subsidized by the Federal Government. The socialist Left hates dairy subsidies. They include this in their complaint against "corporate welfare." Problem: without those subsidies, the poor and working class could not afford milk . . . . but who, exactly, on the Left cares about the working poor?
What do you think a gallon of milk will cost after millions of cows are fitted with this crap?
Good grief. And to think that all those environmental scientists have "PhD's." Too bad that with all that there ed-u-ma-ka-tion, these clowns can't see a bad idea, even when it is standing in front of them, with fart packs on and weighted hoofs (gots to do something to keep the cows from floating through that there ozone hole and into outer space).
