When was the last time you heard of a mass shooting in a school or theater . . . . . in our inner cities ??

So don't tell me that an armed population does not prevent gun violence?  Inner city schools and theaters are loaded with folks "packing heat,"  and we find zero mass shootings in places where the folks are likely to be carrying guns,  legal or illegal   . . .   who cares.  

Before you point to the gang killings in the "hood,"  understand that most of the folks watching a movie or attending school are NOT  gangbangers.  

Understand that mass gang shootings are common at birthday gathering and outside funerals   . . . . .   but my main point remains.  

Also,  you should know that funerals, outside weddings, and, the like,  are opportunities for gang members to "even the score" with other gang members.
