Surely Trump knows that 20 million Republicans drive primary party politics. He apparently owns 30% of THAT vote or a little over 6 million votes . . . . as things stand, today. 68% of that total is somewhere close to 4 million folks . . . . . . hardly enough of a base to run a successful third party campaign . . . . . . and most of these voters probably did not vote in any of the past three national elections. In other words, run Trump and his Confederate Constituency out of the party, no harm no foul.
