Cruz got the most time, mostly because he refused to shut up when told his time was up. He got nearly twice as much time as Fiorina. He also came close to revealing classified information (which is being investigated), used "guilt by association" in his arguments versus Rubio and told an outright lie when he denied ever supporting a path to citizenship for illegal aliens; support he offered on the Senate floor back in 2013 per a video account of same presented on The Kelly Files at Fox News.
