The two youngest working age groups already earn, on average, more than a $15 per hour minimum wage.

A $15 per hour minimum wage is $31,500 per year based on a 40 week.  As you can see from reviewing the chart,  the average wage for all age groups is above $33,000 .

ObamaCare has institutionalized a 30 our work week.  Working less than 30 hours means a worker is not entitled to employer shared health care costs.  Its the (new) law.

Only 6 million folks work at current minimum age ($7.25 per hour, Federal).  In the 1970's ,  the minimum wage was a nominal $2,78 per hours.  15.5 million folks worked at minimum wage at that time.  Liberals argue that raising the minimum wage does not effect employment,  but the facts say otherwise.  There are 9 million fewer people working at the minimum and rising wages are the fault leading to this circumstance.

One final note:  the chart shows full-time worker annual salaries.  Many minimum wage earners work part-time.  While $15 per hour is equal to $31,500 per year for a  full time wage earner.  The youngest worker class,  does not work full-time,  as a rule.
