Why Obama's end run around Congress with regard to the Iranian "deal?"

<<<<   Fundraising for 2012 included this creation.   Obama's flag has no borders,  a symbol for "Central Planning"  replacing the 50 states, with the 13 stripes representing each of the original 13 colonies,  replaced with  . . . . . . . .    ah  . . . . . .   five red bars representing the 5 pillars of Islam (?).  I mean,  those five red bars must have some special meaning to Obama,  right?  And,  he condemned any criticism of the Muslim prophet as blasphemy,  during a UN speech in 2012   . . . . .   so why not "the 5 pillars of Islam?"

Obama has spent time creating his own "American flag."  On a number of occasions,  he has been photographed standing with his hands to his side during songs and pledges of allegiance.  His own wife has told us"  "Barack knows that we are going to have to make sacrifices; we are going to have to change our conversation; we're going to have to change our traditions, our history; we're going to have to move into a different
place as a nation."  That was in 2008.

In July of 2014,  he reiterated with these words:
“Part of people’s concern is just the sense that around the world the old order isn’t holding and we’re not quite yet to where we need to be in terms of a new order that’s based on a different set of principles, that’s based on a sense of common humanity, that’s based on economies that work for all people.

The fact of the matter is this:  he considers himself a citizen of the world. That is why he campaigned for president  (2008) in Europe and got himself to speak at the University of Cairo (2009).   In view of this immutable fact,  he took his Iranian agreement to the "world" (i.e. UN) where it was ratified after 30 minutes of discussion.  The end result is this:  If our Congress does not ratify his agreement,  we will be the only nation on earth that continues sanctions against Iran.  In Obama's mind,  "Congress" could not be more irrelevant   . . . . . . .   and the morons (in both parties) sitting in Congress,  are oblivious to that fact.

The Iranian deal is a done deal   . . . . . . . . .    period  . . . . . .   and "congress" is as irrelevant as is the US Constitution that orders the existence of "Congress."
