Obama's amnesty dictates may never become reaslity. Count this as another failure for Obama and his theory of Applied Presidential Overreach.

Obama will have to take amnesty case to the Supreme Court . . . A federal appeals court signaled Friday that it is unlikely to allow President Barack Obama’s request to go ahead with a new round of relief for illegal immigrants, making it likely that the White House will have to take its legal case to the Supreme Court within days. Notably, one Republican-appointed judge used the president’s own comments to put the Justice Department on the defensive. Politico

Editor's notes:  Understand that Obama has lost more than 50% of his Supreme Court actions  . . . . .  worst record in Presidential history.

Update:  Obama has actually lost two thirds of its Supreme Court bids,  the highest total in modern American history,  if not the most of all time.  This includes 13 nine to nothing defeats and 11 that he lost 5-4.

  1. I don't know how many cases Obama has lost in the High Court, but I read a politifact statement tat mentioned that his Administration had been defeated by unanimous vote (9 to 0) 13 times, by June of 2014. And this is with his two appointees sitting on the bench.

    1. Your comment got me to thinking. I did a little research and found a Washington Times article that reported a 66% failure rate. Extreme. What this indicates is this: Obama runs his Administration on the very edge of presidential power. Also, on at least one negative vote, about a land use issue in North Dakato or Idaho (not sure which), the judgement was in the favor of the land owner, but the EPA decided to ignore the Court's decision and has continued to persecute the land owners. This bunch of commies, is completely out of control, and I am sure that my example is not the only example of his attitude regarding law versus his wishes and agenda.
