Why are black Democrats so confused?

Norton is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus. Members of this caucus, obviously cannot park their cars, believe that Guam will tip over if more military installations are created, claim that 200 million slaves from Africa were thrown overboard, during the slave trading years, support Communist leadership (Castro and Chavez), and believe in the New Black Panther Party.

I am proud to say, the GOP has no black members who are this twisted and confused.
