Another bombing on Friday rocked a government compound in Saada province, a Houthi stronghold where the group’s leader, Abdul Malik Al Houthi, is based. Two people were killed and a third person was in critical condition, two local officials said.. . . . . read more at the WSJ, here.
Editor's notes: all totaled at the time of this morning's post, ISIS has killed 137 and wounded more than 300 in this week's attacks. We cannot move on with this story, without the reminder that Yemen was held up as an example of Obama success versus al Qaeda, less than six months ago.
It is disturbing that Obama's intel is so poorly run, that he was not aware of the gathering storm in Yemen . . . . . . . so bad, in fact, that embassy personnel had to drop everything, including the keys to embassy vehicles and the embassy computers, and literally run to "get away cars," in order to save their lives.
Add the ISIS takeover of Libya, which the Administration did not see coming, the deadly attacks in Tunisia this past week, which the Administration did not see coming, and the increasing terror influence of Iran as it works to control Lebanon, Iraq, and the PLO/Hamas/Hexbullah terror concerns, and you have an Administration with its head in the sand, as it proclaims "victory" with regard to its Middle East policy.
Understand this, in spite of the terrible successes of ISIS, Generals Patraeus and Jack Keen, are among a growing military collective who believe that Iran is more the threat to the region, than ISIS . . . . . . . and Hussein Obama is busy strengthening its hand as it favoring an Iranian influence in the region, over and against Israel, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan and what is left of Lebanon. Incredible but to be expected, with a president who favors Islam over any other religious/political entity, yet, is no more religious and a barnyard fence post.
Many in this country have no clue who we have in our White House. If I am correct in my observations, the reality will become overwhelming, if it has not, already.
