Breitbart.com: On Thursday, the media went collectively insane over Governor Scott Walker’s failure to answer a question about his beliefs on the theory of evolution. A questioner asked Walker earlier this week in London, “Are you comfortable with the idea of evolution? Do you believe in it?” Walker said he would “punt” on the issue, adding, “That’s a question politicians shouldn’t be involved in one way or another. I am going to leave that up to you. I’m here to talk about trade, not to pontificate about evolution.”
This led to blaring headlines throughout the media. Huffington Post said Walker “dodged” the question. The Daily Beast accused Walker of being “bland,” “stupid,” and “moronic.” Talking Points Memo reported that Walker would “rather talk about cheese than foreign policy or evolution.” Bloomberg ran a thorough piece about all the 2016 GOP candidates’ positions on evolution, headlined “Punt, Fumble, or Touchdown? These GOP Candidates Won’t Endorse Evolution.”
Editor's notes: "They" are afraid of Scott Walker, and have decided to fire their ammo at him, now, a full year before the campaign season begins . . . . . . . . . and they think he is the one "uneducated."
Look, I am beginning, today, with the opinion that Obama failed a significant number of his classes during his college career. Failed them. I am going to suggest that he got into college only because he was black, since the last two years of high school were spent using coke, the happy weed, and drinking (all by his own admission). Scholastically, he was "common," and failed a significant amount of the time. That is my story.
Prove me wrong? Which can only be done by showing me his college and high school transcripts. Prove me wrong.
Walker has already proven himself, winning 11 different elections over the years, and being a successful . . . . very successful governor. It is a little late to cry "wolf" and everyone knows it. Besides, does anyone think this man has not been fully vetted during the time the Wisconsin teachers union went after him, his family, and his sense of security (complete with death threats).

Shouldn't we conservatives be concerned about what they are doing to Walker? They took out Palin with nothing but innuendos and lies. Why not the same for Walker?
ReplyDeleteSince and including Nixon/Ford, the GOP has held the presidency for 28 years compared to 20 for the Dems (giving Obama his full 8 years). At no time, since Nixon, was the press on "our" side. Do you have any idea how much attention is given to the Democrats efforts at personal assassination? Almost none . . . . . and, clearly, none of it has worked with Walker. The reason why the Dems are afraid of Walker, is found in their abject failure to crucify the Governor in his recall election, and, again, during the re-election process. If Walker loses, it will be due to the fact that his policies are not what the people are calling for. There will be no "Obama factor" in this coming election cycle, as mush as Obama will try to inject himself in that cycle.

ReplyDeleteWe have every right to know if a potential presidential candidate is so depraved that he refutes basic biological science. Scientifically illiterate people should not lead a nation as great as the USA.
"Intelligent Design may be interesting as theology, but as science, it is a fraud. It is a self-enclosed, tautological ‘theory’ whose only holding is that when there are gaps in some area of scientific knowledge..."

All we need to know about Scott Walker is his freaking record. You all are way too late as far a vetting this successful Governor, and winner of the past 11 elections. He is college educated, by the way, but without a degree. He is in the same company as Gates and Zuckerberg. So what have you done for society with your education, genius ?
